Manages day to day activity of taxable commercial paper program, including sizing/structuring of new loans, rollover of maturing loans in an orderly fashion, communicating periodic payment requirements to internal parties and directly working with dealers & paying agent bank to ensure smooth operation of program.Prepares necessary analytics in connection with periodic reblending of external debt obligations to Centralized Debt Management System participants.Interfaces with rating agencies and bond investors in various capacities, including preparing debt-related slides in connection with rating agency and investor presentations, providing commentary on rating agency draft reports on behalf of Treasury Services and preparing annual written Self Liquidity Summary for rating agencies as requested. The incumbent must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or other pertinent field with at least five years of municipal bond financing, investment banking, equipment leasing or healthcare financing experience preferred.
